We partner with NZ Couriers, a trusted shipping provider in New Zealand, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your purchases.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping services within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We utilize the services of NZ Couriers to deliver your packages. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Generally, our shipping options include:
- Local Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Rural Delivery: 2-5 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure affordability and value for our customers.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the NZ Couriers website or through their tracking system. You can easily track your package to stay updated on its delivery status.
Order Delivery and Signature
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, NZ Couriers will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot. It is important to follow the instructions provided to ensure successful delivery of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or limitations based on size, weight, or contents. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of restricted items. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you during the checkout process.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities for international shipments.
Change of Shipping Address
