Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Size Up. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.

Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unworn condition as it was received, with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that items are tried on over your own undergarments. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, use, or damage.

Timeframe: The returns need to be initiated within 2 weeks from the date of purchase to initiate a return and request a refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Process: To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@sizeup.co.nz to notify them of your return or, 
  2. Register an account and initiate the return through portal.
  3. Pack the item securely, ensuring it is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The returns to be shipped to our partners NZ Couriers depot at 1 Rothwell Avenue, Rosedale Auckland 0632.

Refund: Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply. Alternatively, you can arrange return/exchange of items in person at our physical store at 3/19 Rawene Rd, Birkenhead, Auckland Every Saturday 11-3 pm by contacting us at info@sizeup.co.nz.
